Start with Each User’s Main Responsibilities
HR administrators, payroll teams, managers, and employees have different needs. Covering too much at once can make it harder to see what matters first. Familiar work examples help participants understand how the application supports their responsibilities.
We select priority processes according to the role and modules in use. Administrators may practise updating records, while managers review requests. Once those steps are understood, training can cover other situations relevant to the company.
Practise a Complete Task and Check the Result
A practical example makes a menu easier to understand. For a leave request, users should know what to enter, what happens after submission, and how to check its status. This connects the controls on screen with the complete workflow.
We work through examples from the first step to the result users can verify. Participants can ask about unclear details. If an example raises a question about company policy, we review it against the configuration being used.
Keep Help Available During Initial Use
Questions often arise when users begin working independently. Training examples cannot cover every operational situation. Knowing who to contact helps users get answers before uncertainty delays their work.
Application Specialists and support channels remain available after training. Explain the task and provide an example of the issue so we can investigate efficiently. The guidance helps users continue their work and understand the steps for next time.
